Bonhams Cornette de Saint Cyr is set to unveil an extraordinary collection of luxury items, including rare watches, fine jewelry, haute couture, and coveted Hermès bags, at the prestigious Grand Palais Historique in Paris. The highly anticipated preview, taking place on February 4-5, will precede the renowned Les Grandes Marques du Monde à Paris automotive auction on February 6.
The star attraction of the upcoming Paris Fine Watches live sale, scheduled for February 12, will be a selection of exceptional timepieces from renowned brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, and Piaget.
One of the standout pieces is the legendary Rolex Cosmograph Daytona ‘Zenith Inverted 6’, reference 16528, produced around 1988. This rare 18K gold automatic watch, featuring a white dial, is expected to fetch between €80,000 and €120,000.
Another notable highlight is the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, reference 26240OR, boasting a rose-gold case, black grid dial, and a flyback chronograph function. This exquisite piece is estimated to achieve €40,000-60,000.
Also featured is the limited edition Cartier Collection Privée Tortue Réserve de Marche, reference 2689G. With its 18K gold case and a stunning guilloché sunburst silver dial, this manual-wind calendar wristwatch, number 044/150, carries an estimate of €18,000-25,000.
Rounding out the collection is a remarkable 18K ‘Everose’ Gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, reference 116515LN, showcasing a striking chocolate brown dial. This piece is anticipated to reach between €18,000 and €22,000.
